It's our September challenge. During these weird times it's so easy to just give up and let ourselves go. Lets set an exercise pattern and pick healthy food.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs the month of AUGUST, 2020.

Good am! It is Friday and our challenge is to feel self-appreciation! that is sometimes difficult in our busy life. I will try today to feel it and look deep in myself to change my life. I will go to WW tomorrow. I signed up. I will care about myself,

GOOD AM. I start over today. I go to WW tomorrow. I made it a standing ride each Saturday. I ordered 2 books of paratransit tickets. I have some already. I will budget 2 books i have enough for 6 roundtrip rides a month. Each book has 6 tickets. I have a file cabinet and refrigerator. I got a notice that maintenance is coming in to fix heat registers. I have a bookshelf and a mini fridge in living room blocking the heat registers. And in bedroom a refrigerator and filing cabinet block the registers. I don't use heat. I live on seventh floor and heat rises. Heat is free in this apartment complex. I bought yesterday shopping with Vanessa. Dannon fat free strawberry yogurt. It had disappeared for a long time. I will have a 32 ounce container aw day. I will have 6 servings 2/3 cup. That is 28 points. I will have 4 apples with that. About 1200 calories. I can afford this.

I just had my first serving of yogurt. I will eat an apple soon. I hope they continue to sell this yogurt. I am not going to use credit cards. I will save money I am not going to school.
