Sunday, August 6: 125.2 - up 1.4 lbs. A fair result given that I had 2500 and 2300 plus calories Friday and Saturday, respectively. But I know it is a temporary situation.
Extra gratitude that I can go overboard for two days not have it derail my overall weight management.

lani, I so agree....the ups and the downs are all part of it Seeing as today is PASTA day...y'all know I shall also see a hike in the scale. So be it. And yes, Chianti will be involved

I have about 15 weekly points left and I start new tomorrow so a treat or two might be in store for me. Problem is I keep very few treats in the house, but we are having pot roast tonight and some extra meat and potatoes sound good.

Sunday : 154.4 - Up 1.6 Friday caught up with me and last night I had a salt-fest with chips, pretzels and a margarita! Soooooooooo yummy! Back on track today at breakfast out. No treats for me today. Dining on the lake tomorrow. Happy Dancing for you cathygeha, ππΎππΎππΎππΎ

181.8 - Up 1.4 overnight - blaming it on the cucumber salad.
Hubby didn't eat it at lunch or dinner so I ended up with three or more servings as I did not want to have to throw it out. At least it was healthy...and once the cucumbers are ready to leave I should drop POUNDS Will drink a LOT of water today...always do, though.
Again...it is a blip on the radar but the plane is soaring and will land safely at the end of the journey.
