Good Morning!!
I had a good OP day yesterday. I added 2 miles.
We got a tentative date of Oct 16 that our equipment will be in. I may have an option to stay at my current office and take another position. The position is currently approved for a MA but the practice manager is going to talk with her supervisor and see if it could be offered to a nurse. I am not sure I will really like being at home and not having the office connection. Praying for direction and peace. I had to chuckle to myself as the one Health Coach on our weekly meeting call said she felt so much more relaxed after the call. It increased my anxiety as they requested we all go back to working 8-4:30 starting Monday so we can be available for upcoming meetings, calls, training, etc. My hours have been all over the place with working as the office door screener. The Practice Manager already has my schedule done for next week. She always makes sure I am covered to attend the meetings so far. When I asked if I could just continue the hours I have been working my previous supervisor directed to my new supervisor who is not part of the Health Coach calls. I hope to get an answer today.
Nancy: Hope you had a nice rainy day.
Brenda: Glad Jazzercise went better. Good girl on getting your flu shot.
Waving to all. Skinny vibes!!

Hi Bl Brenda I usually do the treadmill, the machines and every now and then. I take a cycling class or zumba..
Kelly I really hope you get the job that will make you happy.
Nancy good job staying on Track. I often wonder if I will ever have grand babies. Maybe not.
Mimi I never get the flu shot. But this year, I may have to just do it.
Waves to everyone.

I keep forgetting to get my flu shot. Claudette, awesome loss. Way to go with the exercsie. I've been doing the Denise Austin walking plan using youtube video's. I really need to get my butt outside Eating hasn't been very good the last 2 days and pizza/fries with the girls last night! Showed a gain this week. Happy Saturday

Claudette, we just started getting the flu shots several years ago before we went on a cruise to Australia and New Zealand. We actually came home from the long flight with no sniffles this time. When we went to Scotland and Ireland I came home very ill with bronchial asthmatic pneumonia. Nancy good job with the walking plan. I actually skipped my E for the first time yesterday since I started the 30 day plan. But I did play golf and got 7000 steps. I will make up the skipped day tomorrow which is my usual DOR. WE GOT OUR FLU SHOTS THIS am
