Hello! Thanks for starting us Amy!
I think I'd like to go to Amy's for sweet potatoes, kidney beans and a romaine salad and then later to Brenda's for the WW lasagna!
Brenda, I will! Susan moved back home back in May and is saving up to buy her own home, hopefully next summer. Do you have a riding mower? Your lawn is so big! Do you get to the towpath very often? I've made the WW baked ziti recipe and it's really good, so I'm guessing so is the WW lasagna :-) I sometimes substitute spaghetti squash for the ziti in the WW baked ziti, for lower points and lower carbs, and we really like it! But roasting the spaghetti squash and then scraping it out to get the "spaghetti" does add a lot of time to cooking the recipe.
I need some exercise but didn't feel so good when I got up this morning. Going in the kitchen and loading the dishwasher then coming in the dining room and posting here is the most exercise I've gotten today, yikes!
