Hi- great postings today! Tammy I love that phrase, " if you don't make a plan, this can get out of hand" i am realizing that planning is important than tracking...a good rhyme response to ST's.especially my over positive fortune telling, and justifications...
Wed. Is my Wi in at the center and I feel i have done well with the planning. I 'm hoping for a loss for my cushion, but if not it will be at least a maintain, which i am happy with. My response will be - Well you just started this week to plan more. At least you made goal.;youll just have to keep planning and you should soon see a loss...credit for WI and planning...and "if you don't plan, things get out of hand!"
I have shrink in height also....i am using my past height also.
I have also worked the Wendy plan but needs a lot of planning and I can be impulsive..i also tried tracking backwards which i found easier.

borntexan, I am in a maintenance group with some very long term maintainers and 2 leaders. They agree that a points distribution like Wendie allows you to eat more total points per week and still lose/maintain. I did it because I was an extremely slow loser. But it is not my natural inclination unless I have a special event planned. And it does require extra planning. linda72, Fencing burns an obscene number of calories. At a tournament, I eat pretzels, dates, and grapes. Afterwards, I have a little chocolate. Dates are 70 calories each. At the end of practice or tournament, I just want to break even with calories. I am about 16-17% body fat, which is an athletic range. I have no desire to lose muscle or fat.

Linda: Congrats on the good weigh-in. I don't remember seeing that on the account status page, sounds like a good idea though. I'm up two pounds, ugh. It showed up at my meeting last night and was there this morning when I weighed at home. I already cut back my lunch I had increased it the last few weeks and I can't even remember why. I also need to cut back on a snack too. Blast it, I was getting use to the extra food. Reminding myself that this is my usual winter portion creep, that I've taken care of it before, and I can so that again. The receptionist that weighed me in last night was more upset than I was. She told me to take off my sweatshirt but I told her I dress the same each week, I didn't have to pay so I was fine. Told my leader I had gained two pounds and she said: Judy is human after all. Correction- lol at the upset receptionist saying your human after all! Glad you stayed in range- thank goodness for buffer zones!
