How many rules do you have for your eating and drinking?

I don't keep sweets in the house. I do keep snack bars in the house but they don't call my name. I bought a flavor a while back that did call my name and the was the last box of that flavor. I don't know if these are rules but I do track my food and weigh and measure it. I don't have seconds especially if it is: this tastes good I think I'll have more.

Rules for Eating & Drinking not sure they are RULES but... * write down all food in my agenda (all eaten but not always quantities) * write in points in that journal for all non-core foods eaten * track non-core foods and exercise on the ITB app on my phone * beverage glass filled with liquid beside me all the time * Choose whole grain unprocessed plant based vegetarian/vegan over other options
Almost Rules:
* Dish at meals: protein(1/4), carb(1/4), fruit/veg(1/2), tsp olive oil (or fat, seeds, nuts, etc), dairy(most meals or for snack) - the ghgs

General rules: 3 meals daily Stay within points budget track every bite, lick, taste Weigh and measure food whenever possible Do not use Fitpoints 40 oz. of water daily Alcohol when dining out or having company (unless I'm just in the mood 😃) 30 minutes of exercise at least 6 days/week Giving up is not an option Track weight daily I plan to do a combination of purchasing in the stores and then I'll have to try on at home. I'm not looking forward to it though cathygeha,

I track everything. It was so handy during evacuation to just google the calories for an item on my phone. When at home I weigh and measure everything. I drink alcohol only on Fridays and Saturdays. The rest of the time I only drink water and coffee. Oh, a little coconut water sometimes. I have mostly healthy food in the house with the exception of cheese - my bet noir - and snack bags of potato chips for Mr. Lani. The chips do not temp me. I allow myself one pack on Friday. Wednesdays I allow one candy bar and on snack bag of beef jerky. I have a calorie plan for each day and track my consumption in real time.

Track everything I eat daily, including the occasional drink of wine. Try to use Italian ices or fresh fruit for desserts. Eat three meals a day plus two snacks IF I have the points. Use Olive oil daily as GHGs. Opt for fruit whenever possible. Try to limit carbs and cheese, but only eat the real deal now.
