This week my goals are to attend my virtual WW meeting next Monday, track my food, weigh and measure, exercise, meditate, and keep up with my online support groups. On Saturday I set a goal of doing one cardio DVD this week and I did it today. I'm setting a goal to day to do at least one cardio DVD next week. My me-time is my computer, exercise, meditation, and puzzle time.

Continue daily tracking daily Continue working in exercise and add in Pilates IF the weather breaks Check in here, read and post daily
