How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the entire month.

I played with the girls for HOURS and muscles ache...busy two days with three more to go.
Bob: My daughter did undergraduate studies at Duke and got her PhD from North Carolina State - she always roots for Duke (even when the team is not so great) even though she teaches at Missouri State in Columbia, Missouri.

Duke is always good or great. UConn is best women basketball team now with over 111 wins in a row. walk 60 ', biked 75', and did 30' weights yesterday. Took friend to colonoscopy appt with bike in my car and biked to gym for weights and returned.
