I always have non-fat Greek yogurt with 1/2 cup of frozen berries or cherries. Then I have one half of a sandwich, sometimes deli lunch meat, deli chicken salad, or peanut butter.

Usually it’s one of the following at home: Mixed green salad plus olives & pickled beets with 3-4 oz. deli turkey breast roll/ups (2 pts) 1 can Tuna (in water) salad with homemade Greek yogurt ranch dressing on light sandwich roll with lettuce & tomato (2 pts) Tuna salad on a platter of crudités with Greek yogurt dip (0 pts.) 1C Campbell’s Well Yes! Chicken noodle or Chicken & Wild rice soup Trident salmon burger on a light English muffin (5 pts)
I almost always finish my lunch with fresh fruit.

Joining back in, missed you all!!!
For lunch I usually have: * Two to three ounces of meat or protein. * At least one serving of bread/ cereal such as corn, potato. * Two servings of vegetable and sometimes a fruit. * Two servings of Fats.
I count my points as well as eat the following servings daily which I record in my journal: * 3 Servings protein/dairy. * 4 Servings bread/cereal. * 5 Servings fruit/vegetable. * 3 Servings Fat. * I can have 75 calories in sweets but chose not to eat sugar. I try to eat basically a whole foods diet as I have food intolerances.

mac, welcome back! Four days a week I have an omlette made with one whole egg and four egg whites, 8 grape tomatoes halved, a couple of baby portabella mushrooms sliced, couple of cups of spinach. I top it with Cholula hot sauce, salt and pepper, local fresh made salsa and a tablespoon of local pre-made guacamole. Wednesday I junk out - candy bar with almond butter and snack bag of jerky. Skip dinner that day. Friday is pizza night and I skip lunch. Saturday lunch is leftover pizza.

Hi mac! I usually eat an EggBeaters omelet with a slice of real cheese and fresh spinach inside, and two soy sausage patties. Sometimes I'll have a quick sandwich if I'm pressed for time, Dave's break with veggie lunch meat and a slice of cheese.
