It's our September challenge. During these weird times it's so easy to just give up and let ourselves go. Lets set an exercise pattern and pick healthy food.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!

Good morning! Thanks for starting us Amy!
Good for you Amy! I hope to join you!
Funny, I thought I posted yesterday. Anywho, going to the oral surgeon to have that molar extracted. Jeesh, just round two of the continuing dental saga. Actually, I guess round 3, round 1 being fixing the broken cap, round 2 being the aborted root canal of the molar next to the fixed cap. After today's extraction, I get to fight with my insurance to get a tooth implant. Apparently lots of insurance companies consider dental implants as "cosmetic surgery". Jeesh! It's a lower back molar that has a corresponding upper molar, I need it replaced! But meanwhile, need to head outside for a walk. My diet is going well -all two days of it, lol!

Good morning
I meant to update my weight like Debbie did yesterday and never got back on. As you can see I am way up. Never been this high before.
Amy, thanks for our start. Happy for you that you are losing weight.
Debbie, Good luck at the dentist. That's great your diet is going well.
Waving to Mo
I really need to get my act together. Hoping putting the weight down in black/white will get me moving. Jazzercise was good yesterday. I am getting my flu shot today. Not much else going on.

I go food shopping later this afternoon. More whole wheat pasta and sauce without added sugar.
