Coming in late as usual. I went for my PT assessment this morning. It was just an assessment plus the moist heat and 10 minutes on the recumbent bike. Now I have to wait until the insurance authorizes it before I can make any appointments.
Audrey I agree on how 9/11 changed us as a nation.I saw a good post on FB today about someone missing 9/12 when we all came together as a nation and hugged each other instead of hating each other.Happy Anniversary to Rob and Whitney.
Cathy It's wonderful to "see" you posting again after getting your amenities back.I just can't imagine having to wait on everyday living essentials.Your positive attitude and spirit never ceases to amaze me.We just missed the visitation because of rain but were able to go to the funeral.
Ann I hope you enjoyed puttering around the house today.
MJ Continued prayers for the continuing Russ saga.Nice of the YM to participate in remembrance of this somber day.I hope today was quieter and perhaps you and Toots got in a nap.
Bee 19 years ago was a lot of hate and unfortunately there is even more hatred in the world now with all the happenings.Yea on the TB sliding down.It slid down 2 lbs for me.Hopefully you can see Cissy over the weekend.

Becky I surely do hope and pray that the insurance will come through for you. Yes, I totally enjoyed my laid back day. Actually I was surprised to find that I met and exceeded my Garmin goal. How I managed that is still a mystery.
Sweet dreams all.

Susi I will never forget either and I think none of us will ever forget where we were when we learned of the horrible news.Enjoy your time at the beach with Carol.Sounds like a fun time.
LaDonna I hope you can get together with your mom for lunch since you will be on your own.
Ann What a wonderful thing to do for the family who picks up your trash.I know they appreciated it.I'm sorry your tummy is feeling off.
Audrey Prayers for your friend Diane.I can't imagine not knowing if she even has a home to go home to.
Bee Nice Magnolia.
Thanks Ann. I bought a new Fitbit and now they go by zone(heart rate)minutes.I still need 2 minutes to reach mine and I don't get any zone minutes on the elliptical.Oh well maybe tomorrow.I have exceeded my goal also.

Amazing what pedometers can track now a days. Mine is just the simple Garmin...in fact, I don't even think they MAKE the vivo fit 1 anymore LOL. When it dies, I shall upgrade. My tummy is feeling much better.
Audrey (((hugs))) so sad. My heart breaks for all they have lost.
