It's our September challenge. During these weird times it's so easy to just give up and let ourselves go. Lets set an exercise pattern and pick healthy food.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs the month of September. Good morning and TGIF! These are strange, difficult times. With all the challenges we are facing, we've all had to create new routines and maybe you aren't feeling at your best because of it. And maybe you aren't very happy with yourself for not looking your best or perhaps picking up some extra weight. So go and look yourself in the mirror and tell yourself that you are a good and beautiful person! Because you are! We all deserve a little TLC!
Daily Challenges: Sun- journal it! Mon- OP day Tues- abs & arms day Wed- 6 servings of water Thur- lean protein day Fri- self appreciation day Saturday- whole grains day

Good morning! Well, yesterday's tooth extraction went really well. I'm a little bummed I can't eat salads for a week (no hard, crunchy or chewy food for a week) but otherwise no biggie. I did manage to walk 3.5 miles yesterday. I'll do better today! :-)

Debbie, thanks for our start. That's great the tooth extraction went well. I need to eat salads. I have been so bad with veggies and fruit.

Hi all. lost weight. I included it. I am doing well. Sleeping more that I don't have psychiatric medication. I went shopping yesterday. I bought more whole wheat pasta and hunts pasta sauce without added sugar. I eat the whole batch throughout the day. It works. I am losing weight.
