I did seven half-hour videos/DVDs this week. And one of them was cardio which was the goal I made last Saturday.

I did absolutely nothing exercise-like this past week. I may have expended mental energy but not physical. Excuse was no water but now that there IS water...may be rethinking the exercise and starting in again...soon. Still feel I am in "catch-up" on the computer, though.

cathygeha, you are officially absolved from exercising beyond what you have to do in day to day life. When you are able and it makes you feel better, go for it. For the week: Body weight strength & flexibility exercises - 7 days Classical Stretch - 2 days Heavy weights and abs - 1 day Cardio - Urban Rebounder - 1 day Glad I can do cardio indoors as it remains moderate to unhealthy with the outside air.

cathygeha , you are officially absolved from exercising beyond what you have to do in day to day life. When you are able and it makes you feel better, go for it. For the week: Body weight strength & flexibility exercises - 7 days Classical Stretch - 2 days Heavy weights and abs - 1 day Cardio - Urban Rebounder - 1 day Glad I can do cardio indoors as it remains moderate to unhealthy with the outside air. My sister says she won't go out in "hazzardous" air but will go out if not marked that because she needs to get out, walk and clear her mind. I hate that there are so many fires and that entails.
Thank you for the free-pass/absolution from exercising. It will happen again..but didn't today. Am targeting Monday if not tomorrow!
