Becky, I have not studied the dot programs, but I just assumed that for the green plan you would get a green dot! And congrats on getting the dots! See how much I know. LOL Hope you find all you need at Wally World.
Audrey, your meals all sound good. I love what you will get from the Greek Fest. I love Greek food. Enjoy grocery shopping. Has your friend heard anything about her house yet? Or did you post it and I missed it? I'm really good at that lately. LOL
Cathy, so glad you have water again! I cannot imagine. Is this something y'all have gone through for along time, or just lately?
I am making the appointment with the oncologist just to have an idea of what is ahead of me. I still want no treatments.
June, I cannot imagine how stressful this new way of teaching is for teachers. Hope it gets easier soon. Love that R wants to cook for you.
Ann, I hope all goes well with Jean.
Susi, enjoy that cool, breezy morning. Hope you hear some news on Lily soon. What a nice gesture to gift the leader. Hope she enjoyed them.
MJ, so glad the ceremony went well. These young men learning about history is a great thing. If I was in your shoes, I would have a trilogy of BLABBERPOST! Just who I am. Is Russ allowing anyone else to charge on his card? I haven't ever bought a bottle of hard liquor, so I am clueless. Such a sad case and so very hard on your family.
LaDonna, yes, enjoy that lunch with your Mom, and the rest of your day.
I can do what I know to do. Joining ALL in PTHMing and KOKO. We are surely the KOKO Girls!
Praying for ALL!

Praying that all goes well with your oncologist appointment, Bee. Treatments are a personal thing. Glad that you didn't lose your post.
LaDonna yes do enjoy your time spent with your DM. Making memories is all that matters I'm sure you'll make good choices at the Seafood Restaurant. Fish is always a good point friendly meal. Right now it's 60 which is still doable in my book June I'm not seen Bonnie in awhile. She spends a lot of time at the American Legion sipping drinks and playing cards. Neither of those are things that Carl and I enjoy. Glad that you took a nice walk. So sorry about the changes in visits with your DM. Happy that you did take advantage and got to see her and share a few good laughs. Always good. My day is planned and tracked. It's all good
Waving...will pop in later. The dryer just called my name!

Is Russ allowing anyone else to charge on his card? Nope. This is all for him, ordered by him over the phone using "the card number on file". The basic order is one 1.75 liter bottle of Wild Turkey bourbon (~$50). The rest of the order will be vermouth and/or red wine depending on what he's "short" on. The wine (God laughs) is called Fog Mountain and is $12/bottle. Audrey, you had commented that A-L and the liquor store are "enablers". They are BUSINESSES, marketing and selling products to those who desire them and are deemed by law to be eligible to get them (either "legally competent" or "of legal age to purchase" or both). And Russ is both, no matter how detrimental his choices may be.

diva49, That's more or less what they told my friend re: her alcoholic DH. Unfortunately he passed from the disease.

how much does he consume a day? or does anyone know? When he was still in the I-L apartment, he'd start drinking around noon (before we even left). We observed that the 1.75 L Wild Turkey would be drained in about 4 days (mixed with vermouth). The wine was a bit more random but one bottle never lasted more than two days. And it was not the only alcohol consumed on those days - just a different flavor to add to the party. We were, at one point when we thought anyone on the CC medical staff cared, taking pics of levels in the bottles and the empties in recycle because we were shocked. We shared our concern with his PC, who told him in our presence that he should only have "one drink a day" and who put in the med notes that Russ could have two 4 oz glasses of wine a day, but no hard liquor. Before he left I-L, he also drained a big Johnny Walker, a big Southern Comfort, vodka, and Drambuie (from the "holiday cabinet"). He left the blackberry brandy and the gin. Now that he's in AL, the aides have observed him drinking at 7:30 AM. And the wine order has increased, based on the last two orders, one day apart, that were about $120 each (we saw one order's invoice/order sheet: WT, vermouth, 4 bottles of wine).

MJ, makes me think he is trying to kill himself without a gun. So sad.

Bee, Diane still knows nothing about her house but another friend lost hers.
Leo and Nora came this afternoon so I didn’t do personals. They helped Bob a lot with yard work putting sunflowers and zucchini plants in the big garbage can. Nora and I played Barbies and Polly Pocket.
