Sunday, September 13: 124.4 - up 1.2 lb. Yesterday's weight was an outlier (being so low) and yesterday was also a high calorie day. So it all makes sense. Also I am thrilled to be hanging around 125 any time.

bbbearsmom, I also weigh before bed. It eliminates surprises in the morning. Also it's interesting to me how much change there is just from not eating, sleeping and the occasional bathroom trip from the night to the morning. I don't go much over 127 in the evening.

Down 0.8 pounds at 182 this morning.
Not the lowest it has been but am okay as iit is so much lower than being above 200! Also think it is in a holding/regrouping pattern while it strategizes and prepares for the next 20 pound drop.
