I weighed 170pounds this morning.
I've been at this weight for several months due to taking a blood pressure beta blocker that caused my weight gain as I was three pounds under goal for many years until I started taking this medicine. I have ten pounds to lose to get to goal so I plan to get serious about this as winter is coming and my warmer clothes don't fit very good and I refuse to buy new clothes as I have nice clothes that fit great at goal.

Up .8 pounds at my evening weigh-in for my WW virtual meeting. I did do some extra eating last week.

181 this morning so down a pound from yesterday
Still not at the low of 180.4 seen earlier this month BUT
* lowest weight last month was 183.4 * first weight this month was 185.4 * weight when I started May 15/16 was 203.4 * highest weight was in December 2018 at 212
I guess what I am saying is that I am looking at the BIG PICTURE and seeing a trend I like...a downward more positive trend that includes a mental as well as a physical change.

cathygeha, yes, you have got to be feeling great about your progress. Especially with all that has been going on around you and in your home. It's pretty awe inspiring. Tuesday, September 15: 123.4 - down 1.2 lbs. These swings seem to be the norm lately.

maintained at 181
The trend seems to be down a bit, up a bit, down a bit more than a bit, a leap up and then a slow slog back to the lowest weight that was hit and then a drop again. It is fine and knowing I am probably at a setpoint and 20 pound plateau AND that it will drop again helps me stay on program.
