Audrey I hope the air wasn't too bad when you walked this morning. So much destruction to see everywhere.I don't blame you for not wanting to shop again today.
LaDonna I'm glad you are liking your new pastor.I am still watching our church online and we had a very inspiring sermon also.I was doing the blue plan for awhile and then I kept inching up a little each week so I changed back to green. It keeps me more accountable since there aren't as many 0 point foods.
Audrey Prayers for your friends with the awful air quality and for their safety.
June Like LaDonna I lost a good bit of weight on the green plan.I lost most of it on PP but became LT on the green plan when it was all Smart Points and you didn't have a choice of which plan.Only fruit & non-starchy veggies are 0 point foods so I feel like I'm more accountable to myself anyway.I love fruit too.
Pam It's always good to clear out furniture you don't need.I hope your knee continues to get better.

Becky I'm just so used to tracking on paper that it would seem really 'odd' for me not to do it. I've never counted calories but I know a lot of folks swear by tracking both ways. I think that would confuse my poor tired brain LOL. Yes very cautious who I spend time with these days.

Ann, I always tracked everything on paper also.
I am comfortable with paper.
