It's our September challenge. During these weird times it's so easy to just give up and let ourselves go. Lets set an exercise pattern and pick healthy food.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!

GOOD AM. I am back on track today. Made whole wheat pasta and pasta sauce without aded sugar. I I gained a pound. But the ice cream was good, /and UI had 2 sides of pizza,, today I go to Scotts to watch the Packer game, It has rained for a week. today is supposed to be nicer weather. We will sit in the front.

Amy, I hope you enjoy the game! Please send your way our way, we need it badly! :-) Does this mean you all are going to a live game?
I've busy cleaning up the kitchen after all the cooking yesterday. And then I'm making a new mess, lol. I have a yummy recipe for Maple Baked Oats with apples and pecans. While that's baking I can hop on the TM.
I am terrible with journaling, does anyone else track regularly?

Amy, thanks for our start. I love ice cream. ;-)
Debbie, nice loss. I am terrible at tracking, but I know it works. Have you heard of "Lose It." It's a free app. My sister told me about it. It is similar to WW app, but free. You can upgrade it for a small amount for a year.
I cut the grass yesterday. Need to finish up some things in the yard today. The weather is wonderful.
