Today is the day we share our weekly goals and what we plan to do with our me-time. Also you can post about anything else you want.

My weekly goals are to attend my virtual WW meeting, track, weigh and measure, exercise, meditate and keep up with my online support groups. I had a goal to do one cardio DVD and I did it. My goal this week is to also get in one cardio DVD. My me-time is my computer, puzzle, exercise, and meditation time.

Goals: my usual - weigh & measure, track, move, journal, meditate. My new goals are to strengthen my core and improve my posture so I added a plank challenge last week. After two days I was too sore so I stopped. Looks like I really needed it?!! I plan to try again this week.
Me time: Exercise Crafting Language study Reading Calls to friends & family

luvvinlife, The challenge may have been too much for the condition you are in. Doing them for a shorter period of time and slowly building up may work better.

luvvinlife, it's frustrating when you have to dial back your exercises. My goal and me-time for the week remain the same, pretty much a carbon copy of Judy's. I am feeling sluggish probably due to the bad air and also the dim light during the day. I think the air in the house is not too bad, but I am resisting cardio which I do indoors. Any excuse will do, eh? Maybe Thursday, supposed to be better then.

I got caught up in kitchen remodel stuff last week and didn't check in daily, so checking in daily, and getting my daily exercise in.

Weekly Goals * Walking daily (not doing so well but will work on it) * Tracking on I Track Bites app conquer cravings program * Hydration * Thinking positive * Want to add in some flexibility, core strength activities and weight training but not sure how I want to go about it.
Me Time:
* Reading for me a book that is not for review - will be done while walking * Writing emails to my sister (and others?) * Online groups like this one
