jamescat1 , I can also relate to being the human yo-yo. I know I've had MRI and PET scans but for the life of me don't remember. Guess I blocked that out of my mind.
The only thing I do remember is laying on that god-awful hard table for my radiation. That killed my back.

Audrey, I cannot imagine what you all go through with those fires. I can do hurricanes though. Sally, at this moment has shifted to the east, and they say is going in at Mobile. BUT she is only moving 2 mph, so until she's on land, we all still hold our breath. Enjoy delivering your books. Glad you got to walk early.
LaDonna, thanks for the prayers. I hope you get it all done so you can enjoy your vaca next week.
Cathy, I tried your mjudra with rice for lunch, and I loved it. I was thinking of many things I would add. LOL You know me ... Yes, keep doing what you have been doing, as it is working well for you.
Ann, those are some cool temps. I woke up to a cool 77ยบ with a slight breeze. It had the feel of fall. I am sure Sally is responsible.
June, hope you enjoyed your long morning.
Susi, hope all is well.
MJ, still praying for you and Toots.
Waving at Pam!
Just been a quiet day. I did notice one thing, my eye is --- sometimes --- able to handle more light, and I can open it wider.
Hope ALL have a great day!

Audrey I can't imagine what you are going through with the fires and compromised air quality.Prayers for safety.I hope you enjoyed your manicure.
LaDonna I'm sure you will be busy this week and then after you get back but hopefully your vacation will be well worth the extra work.It does help that only f&v are 0 points and I also like having the extra points for an occasional splurge.
Cathy You continue to do so well.Next decade is within site.I used to like walking up and down each aisle in Walmart to get in extra steps but they have one way aisles now and it's not worth it.Today we did have to go there but we were in and out in little time.
Ann I cannot imagine waking up to 41 this time of year. Our lowest so far was 57 and that was only one morning. The last two mornings have been nicer with it being cloudy and in the 70's but then the humidity comes back during the day so there's always that.
Bee I have been hearing about Sally hitting Alabama and Mississippi. Our prayers go out to them.Prayers continue for you.
June LOL on R kissing you in Walmart just because. It's harder to do that now because of masks. You are doing well staying in your lane despite all the online work you are having to do with your teaching.

Pam, hope your DH has a great birthday!
Sad day in my family. DGS lost his dog of 9 years. He is Cissy's son. Not been a good year for him.
Had a large lunch so not too hungry. I am thinking fruit and chia pudding.
Still praying for ALL!

Back to check in. Happy to say that once again I managed to hit my Garmin goal. I over did it in the snacking department. A dear neighbor of ours brought in two slices of ricotta cheese pie from a bakery in Boston. I am not sure of the name, but any bakery in the North end is delicious Carl and I haven't been there in years. We used to take the T in and go to the concerts there all the time in another lifetime LOL. Anyway, I'm sure that the scale will reflect that tomorrow and rightfully so. It was well worth each and every bite that I ate very s l o w l y Becky I am so enjoying the cool weather. Only drawback is that we don't get to sit out and enjoy our evening wine in the screen room. It's too cold for that at 9 pm You can most definitely feel fall in the air. I'm loving it. So sorry you are still dealing with humidity. I'm sure ours will be back for a 'visit' but just knowing that it's middle of September instead of middle of July makes it easier to swallow. Pam happy bday to DH. Hope he enjoyed his special day. Bee that is wonderful about your eye. God surely is good all the time. So sorry to hear your DGS lost his dog. I know that pain. How old is he? My heart goes out to him. 9 is still so young......Happy your day was quiet. MJ sorry for your 'weird day'...as you said at least you were at home I am now going to finish up online and sit and read. Seems like every time I tried to read I got a phone call. And not the pleasant variety. Sweet dreams.........
