Welcome! This is a thread for people who want to attend a meeting from the comfort of their own home. We are primarily a PointsPlus board (Go Team Yellow!) but all are welcome to revel in the GHG's, 16 Routines, and topics that never get old. If you're new here, feel free to introduce yourself! If you have anything to celebrate, share and give yourself a bravo sticker: + If you want to make it official, you can weigh yourself and put it in your tracker or share it! If you need some accountability, feel free to post daily how you’re doing on PP/GHG’s. This Week's Topic: Spaces I found this blog that has the best examples of spaces: www.brookenotonadiet.com/weight-watchers-back-to-basics-improving-spaces/Are there any spaces you feel you have mastered? What space do you have the most off-plan moments in? What goals do you have for that space? This Week’s Routine: (10) Get up and walk at least five minutes each hour. GHG of the Week: Liquids - At least 6 8-oz-glasses (or 3 16 oz bottles) - Water is the best choice

Are there any spaces you feel you have mastered? I don't have a problem in most places of the house. I eat only in the kitchen. I'm also very good at traveling. It used to be an excuse to quit, but now I'm pretty good at prepping in advance and managing while I'm out. What space do you have the most off-plan moments in? The kitchen. I love to grab and snack when I walk in to feed someone else or do the dishes or throw something away. I need to do more to make the space 'safe'. What goals do you have for that space? I would like to: - Put all food out of sight, except for a bowl of fruit - Keep a tumbler of water readily available - Pre-cut fruits and veggies weekly, so my fridge as easier to access options - Keep the scale on the corner of the bar - Pre-portion some snacks for when I'm really hungry - Hang my go-to list on my fridge

I just saw this one...was SURE I had answered it and probably did BUT it may not have uploaded? Hmm...our internet is WONKY!
Are there any spaces you feel you have mastered? I thought it would be spaces like: kitchen, dining room, TV room but the article really didn't tackle those. I think I have the kitchen handled (most of the time)
What space do you have the most off-plan moments in? Hmm...probably the dining room or family room...places I read and sip (sipping is usually water)
What goals do you have for that space? None at the moment...would like to clear the counters in the kitchen and that would require emptying a cupboard, taking baking pans and such to the basement then turning THAT cupboard into a pantry
