It's our September challenge. During these weird times it's so easy to just give up and let ourselves go. Lets set an exercise pattern and pick healthy food.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!

Good morning! Got my arms and abs in today, yay! But still need to get something aerobic in. Yesterday, I drove over to the canal towpath in Camillus (there's a lot of spots along towpath where you can park but Camillus is closest to my home) and I actually jogged 3 miles (with 1 minute walking breaks for every 5 minutes of jogging)! I'm very excited. I will try to jog 3 miles about 3 times a week. I want to be a runner again!
