It's our September challenge. During these weird times it's so easy to just give up and let ourselves go. Lets set an exercise pattern and pick healthy food.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs the month of September. Good morning! It's hump day, yay! I walked 4 miles yesterday on the TM plus did abs and arms. Now to repeat today except jog 3 miles, and do legs instead of arms :-)
Amy, are you okay? Sorry for being a mom, it's just you are really consistent about posting in the morning.
Brenda, how are the jazzercise classes coming along? Do you walk much on the towpath anymore?

Debbie, thanks for our start. I want to be a runner again too. I miss it. No haven't been to the towpath in a long time. I need to get down there again soon.
Amy, I was worried about you too.

I did do jazzercise yesterday. No real exercise today. Getting the new roof on and there are a lot of men here so not feeling it.

Brenda, WTG on the jazzercise yesterday. Congrats on the new roof. Since you don't want to leave the house with all those guys around, why not hop on the TM? One mile is better than nothing!
