It's our September challenge. During these weird times it's so easy to just give up and let ourselves go. Lets set an exercise pattern and pick healthy food.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!

Good morning! I jogged 3 miles yesterday, woohoo, and it was faster than on Monday, yay? 50 minutes then 47 minutes. Both embarrassing but most importantly, I did jog. Today I'll lift weights and walk several miles.
Amy, my diet hasn't been as good as I planned either. But we have today to try again!

Debbie, thanks for our start. WTG with the timing!! I still need to put my basement back together after the water damage. I should do that today and get on the TM again. ;-)
