It's our September challenge. During these weird times it's so easy to just give up and let ourselves go. Lets set an exercise pattern and pick healthy food.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!

TGIF, woohoo! Today's challenge is self appreciation day! As a variation of the self-appreciation theme, how about taking a moment to think about what you are grateful for? It's so easy to feel down and/or overwhelmed these days as we hope, pray and just get through another day in a pandemic. How about developing an attitude of gratitude? What are you grateful for? I'll start -I'm grateful for my continued good health and grateful to have friends and family that love me as I am!
Daily Challenges: Sun- journal it! Mon- OP day Tues- abs & arms day Wed- 6 servings of water Thur- lean protein day Fri- self appreciation day Saturday- whole grains

Hello! Today we will be celebrating my DIL's birthday! I need to get my 3 mile run/jog in and then wrap her gift. Since she works 3rd shift, she's sleeping now, so we're going to slip over there later and surprise her by decorating the dining room! We're talking major baloonage here, lol!
