Exercise this week:
1. I cleaned house last Saturday, takes an hour or more. 2. Worked in yard several days watering and garden work for an hour or two a day. 3. Went up and downstairs several times during the week. 4. Walked at stores Saturday and Sunday shopping with my kids. 5. Prepared food some days for meals.
Hope to get back to riding my air dyne as it's great exercise for upper and lower body.

I walked 60 minutes...did my first 20 minute session in weeks, took a day off then did another 40 yesterday.
The goal is to walk the Qadisha Valley with my daughter on her next visit (so want to be leaner and more fit) and to also walk wherever I want to in Scotland when she and I go there on a joint trip when her conference presentation is rescheduled.

Gotta get back on the bandwagon! Did a few walk sessions but no Pilates and missed a lot of days walking.
