Sunday, September 20: 125.6 - up 2.2 lbs. (!)
Zounds, seems like a lot for one day, even for me. I was at a mighty low weight Saturday AM, and Fri. and Sat. are my two highest calorie days. Will continue to monitor situation and stay the course.

bbbearsmom, I know. I had an old boss who used to say "they're not hard pounds", meaning they weren't going to stick around. BTW, we haven't heard from our friends who were going to drive up to celebrate the wife's 30th today. They were planning to party hearty Saturday, so I think they are going to be MIA today. We weren't able to get a reservation for the seaside resort where we were planning to dine anyway. I can use the break from the extra cals.

The last few days it was 180.6...repetitively. I was thinking it would be the same or lower but the weight went up and I don't see it in what I ate SO I am taking the words of wisdom I gave to my sister that she bounced back to me...that the number would go down by following the program. It worked for her so it will work for me!

Monday, September 21: 125 - down 0.6 lb. Trending in the right direction. The good thing about exceeding my usual calorie limit for a couple of days is by the time the third day rolls around I am not hungry, especially for junk. Also 125 is 5 pounds under goal. Although I have gotten used to being lower still.
Our birthday couple that we were planning to dine with yesterday did not resurface till 3:00 PM Sunday and then only via text. They were looking for food (around the house) and trying to sober up from the night before. They're young.
