Plan to walk 40 minutes again today and will build on that next week. It feels good to be moving again.
podkey, I have wondered about the air quality where you are. With my sister in Northern California and two nephews in the Seattle area and you where you are...I do hope the air quality is at least bearable inside the house! It does put a crimp in exercise ability outside and just BEING outside! Hope the rain helps and the fires are controlled sooner than later!

Seattle was very bad but for about a week Portland OR was the worst city on the planet. I put two extra box fans in my house with Merv 13 filters on them to reduce indoor pollution. We have a merv 11 house filter which is almost good enough (merv 13 would be better). Still no indoor bike or treadmill set-up. . Our air has been suddenly and "miraculously" clean starting Friday and still clean. Fingers crossed.
Got in my second bike ride yesterday in clean, very clean air for 45' and did 40' yoga.
