If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit. After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went. YOU CAN START ANY DAY OF THIS CHALLENGE! Tracked/OP 40 minutes exercise Scale at 180.6 again this morning
ladyloser68, Great job with the dropped weight...the tracking will happen but it seems you are doing something right even so!
luvvinlife, Great job meeting your goals! I figure that the slow weight loss allows my skin time to "tighten up" and it may need more time since the skin has been around a few decades
klf722, It sounds like work with a mask on can't be easy! Do you have an office? Can you put a stop sign up so people have to knock to enter? Can you set an alarm on your phone to remind you to take a water/coffee/other break?

Yes, I can set my alarm, of course. And sometimes I close the door almost all the way in case someone comes down the hall to come in. It will get better. Decent day. Still working on hydration, steps and fresh air covered, slept well and made pretty good food choices. Still have to catch up on tracking. It's so much harder when you eat things you normally don't.

No reading or crafting yesterday. I enjoyed a freestyle day listening to music and then out to church and a scrumptious dinner. 😁
