Hello, Claudette, congratulations on being this weeks BL!! That was a shocker for me to be down that much in one week Skipped my meeting today just lazy I guess. I also got my Summer 20 charm for doing the summer challenge. It's cute upside down triangle with the Sum on one line and 20 on the other, turquoise color. After today I have a little break as my sil took the next 2 weeks off. He's coming later to get the girls. Happy Sunday

Shocker for me to be the BL. I have been really trying really hard. Thanks for all the Congrats. Brenda, as much as I like to walk. I really hate exercise and I am somewhat lazy. I am really going to have to be creative, Hopefully, this is the change that will catapul me into where I need to go.
Ladies stay the coarse.
This week I am working on drinking my 64 ozs of water.

I had a nice weekend. Yesterday took a DOR. Friday and Saturday were 2 mile walks outside.
Claudette: Congrats on being the BL!! Good luck with your surgery.
Nancy: Congrats on being the runner-up. I got my summer charm in the mail on Saturday.

Hello, Today I thought my down time would start but they asked me to look at a project at work. I think I'll have a lazy morning then check in with them this afternoon. Pretty chilly here although the temp says 40. Looking forward to a great week. Happy Monday

Good Morning!!
Yesterday I stayed OP,tracked, and had my water. Took a short walk at lunch and walked 2 miles after supper. Gave my resignation and they allowed it to be effective Friday since it is the end of the pay period. Yesterday was very boring as they had not assigned anything to me. The rest of the week I will be doing f/u calls for discharges from the hospital.
Nancy: Sounds like they still need you at work. It was 39 yesterday morning when the DH and I went for blood work.
Mimi: Good for you sleeping in. I envy those that can do that. I am lucky to make it til 7 but usually it is 6 on my days off.

I had to take my son's rabbit to be put down yesterday. She got sick on Sunday and of course no one would see her. It was so hard. They would not let me go in with her. I waited in the parking lot. I understood of course, but made me think of how horrible it must be for families to lose loved ones with out them there due to Covid. I brought her home and need to bury her this afternoon.

Good Morning!!
I had a good OP day yesterday. I added 3 miles yesterday with some walking and moving while listening to a podcast before work and then walking at lunch and last night.
Brenda: I'm so glad they released me early. So sad about your son's rabbit. Sad the vet didn't allow you in. Our vet has left both my husband and I in for regular visits. Just have to wear a mask and if too many waiting go to the car. Most hospitals now are allowing family if the person is dying thankfully.

Hello, Brenda, I'm so sorry you had to put the bunny down {{hugs}} Pets are family. Mimi, I'll try and catch your meeting tomorrow. Kelly, kudos on the new position & staying on track this week. Claudette, hope your having a good week and getting all your waters in. My focus this week was exercise 3x's & get 64oz of water a day, so far I haven't met my goal, but have been making good food choices. I also got my flu shot yesterday - my DH kept at me because he think's they will run out!! So of my list Happy Wednesday
