If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit. After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went. YOU CAN START ANY DAY OF THIS CHALLENGE! Tracked/OP 40 minutes exercise Scale at 182 this morning SO, up 1.4 pounds after three or four days of maintaining. I was within points and did exercise so maybe the weather changed?
I think today's meals will use the leftover rice along with anything else in the fridge...one meal of leftover soup and a wrap/sandwich and then perhaps some okra with onion, garlic and tomato sauce with the leftover rice.

I was up today too. Not surprising after the last few days. My husband enters his 2nd week of vacation and we continue the food & drink tour. He really is a wonderful cook and usually takes charge of the kitchen on weekends since he's normally at work during dinnertime. Ate decently yesterday, got my steps & fresh air, slept pretty well, hydrated better, & tracked. Work week begins today!

- Tracking - A little short on F/Vegs No activity but thatβs OK because goal is 6 out of 7 days and achieved that. - decluttering - only about 1.5 hours which is better than none but short of my 3 hr goal.
