I'm IN.
Prayers are going up for those in the path of fire and storm(s), and a few extra for all students whether IRL, virtual, or hybrid...

Today I've got a doctor's appointment at 11:15 AM and then we have an appointment at Bank of America at 12:30 PM. We're hoping to get Russ' credit card thing settled today, and we have NO intention of "driving up to get the card". Do YOUR banks want appointments for customer service-related issues? All the ones around here do.
Yesterday's YM color guard went well. There was a strong wind and the flags looked beautiful but were definitely a handful for the YM flag-bearers.
And we finally returned DaBoyz to the loving arms of their parents at 7:45 PM. We'd have left a bit earlier but the Zigster (a bottomless pit) was hungry again. It was good to have them around and they enjoyed themselves.
Time for coffee... βββ...
π»ππππ»ππππ»ππππ»ππππ» Be well! Have a healthy-eating day, all! π»ππππ»ππππ»ππππ»ππππ»

Good morning. We had light rain yesterday afternoon and it has continued overnight. The effects of "Beta" will continue for the next 2 days. I will go later this morning to get my hair cut but I'm going to reschedule DH's eye appointment tomorrow since it's downtown and I'm not sure about street flooding. DotRen, I think you're closest to the coast and I hope you don't have any flooding. Check in when you can. diva49, my bank has started taking appointments since CoVid. I hope you get Russ' card problems settled. I'm glad you had a good time with your grands. I love being with mine and then I'm always so tired after they leave! LOL! I'm IN and trying to make good plans for meals today. Coffee is first on list. Wishing you all positive energy!

All good, some minor wind and occasional rain (a few heavy downpours but only for a couple of minutes at a time) so far

DotRen I literally spit my coffee laughing! I saw the title but thought they were just being funny. You need to post a "do not drink coffee while viewing" disclaimer next time although I should know better with your posts LMAO

Hi everyone, Sending love and prayers for everyone dealing with storms and fires.
Massage on Sunday was wonderful! I cleaned the house top to bottom on Saturday so I really need it on Sunday.
Up and down here. One minute I feel like we are in the groove and school is going well.
The next I'm so overwhelmed I feel like crying. The other teachers are that way too.
Stay safe and healthy

*waves to all* I'm in. I tried a new grilled panini recipe from my BF (wrap instead of bread) with broiled cauliflower, carrots, ginger, peppers, garlic and spices. So good! The new bean soup recipe that we tried over the weekend was also really good. Will definitely make that again. DotRen, thanks for the big laugh, especially on a Monday! Enjoy the day!

Rain but not too bad. We've gotten around 5" but spread out since last night.

We've had about 1.5" since yesterday. It's been a slow rain and really nice for my trees and yard. Very little wind either. So far, so good! Thanks for asking!
