To use the Wendy Plan, pick any day for your Day 1. Then eat your points as follows:
Day 1: Daily pts +5 to 7 points Day 2: Daily pts + 1 point Day 3: Daily pts +15 to 20 points Day 4: Daily points only Day 5: Daily pts +4 to 5 points Day 6: Daily pts +2 points Day 7: Daily points only.
This will leave you with some of the 49 weekly points left. So if you go a little off any one given day, you'll still remain within all your points for the week. Wendy did not use her Activity points, but that decision is up to you.
To figure out your Wendy Plan points schedule, you can find a Wendy Calculator for all major WW plans here: www.wendie-plan.com/ OR, try varying points using the Maggie Plan:
Use all 49 WPA's in the first 3-4 days of your week, then stick to daily pts only for the last 3-4. There are a few rules with it, though--you MUST follow the Good Health Guidelines and eat good healthy food, and a glass of milk late afternoon/early evening is recommended.
We recommend weighing in after a low point day.
*Disclaimer: Not all of the members here currently follow the Wendie or Maggie plan, although we have all followed it at some point during our weight loss journeys. While the alternation of higher and lower points can be helpful, the real magic on this thread is the ongoing support we give each other not only in the areas of food and activity, but in other issues we encounter each day. We are more than what we eat.
********************************
December goals:
Tammy: Finish up main project at work, and do some presentations. Bible daily. Linda: Healthy choices and portion control. surfgirl: Track everything, exercise 6x week, and drink at least 5 glasses H2O per day. Chris: Try my best. Janice: Watch refined carbs. Track consistently.

I am trying to repost over here the last few posts from our old place, to continue that conversation:
Wait, whaaat?! The original WW version had people cooking with diet soda?!
Also, Tammy, there are sooo many 3rd party apps that can support PP that are way better than the shit that WW gives you for 'free'...Why not ask here which 3rd party apps folks like best and download one of those to see how it compares to WW? I'd give you mine but I think the WW minions chased them offline, which is sad because their app is totally awesome! I've been using it for years and it's way nicer than the free tool WW gives.

I tried downloading one of the free PP aps, but it didn't have a database. We'll see what the coming year brings. In good news, I finally got rid of my cortisone weight. I've been back to my happy range for 2 weeks now, although this is work luncheon/goodie week at work. LOL.

I have iTrackBites. Maybe only for iPhones, but it does have some database and you can create foods. The "recently tracked" list works easier than WW IMHO. It wasn't free; it was all of $3.95, but I figure it was worth it.
May go to a meeting in the new year although I've heard there are no major changes and that WW has been getting more members. Different strokes.

Stuff to do. We had sack lunches today and it is the day before Christmas Eve. So of course I'm tracking religiously.

I am way behind on all my Christmas preparations. I'm sure it will be better in a day or so.

Don't think it's so much have officially left as not having officially found the new site. I put the link in a comment earlier. It is now in a pinned post on our FB page.

Hi all, I'm here. I have been GI sick a lot after talking penicillin for strep. Taking probiotics and eating what doesn't make it worse. Also my friend and her toddler are staying with us since she broke up with her alcoholic partner. So I'm really busy, but miss you guys!

Thanks Janice and HELLO LINDA! Oh, is this the lady with the baby you were helping babysit a lot? It's sounded, from what you've said in the past, that she is better off without this guy so it is a wonderful thing you've done, giving her a safe place to live. You're a peach, lady!
