My goals are to attend a virtual WW meeting, track, weigh and measure, keep up with my online support groups, meditate and exercise. A specific goal is to do one cardio exercise DVD this week. I did do one last week. My me-time is my computer, puzzle, meditation, and exercise time.

My goals are: * Journal everything I eat everyday and record all food eaten in WW app on-line. * Be honest when measuring food. I have a bad habit of taking more butter then I track which is the reason I'm on a plateau and can't lose the last nine pounds. * Weigh everyday. * Read and post on Pro Boards including Beck Book thread. Read success stories of people in Connect. * Move at least 30 minutes a day. * Drink 6-8 cups water a day.
Me time: * Garden and water. * Read. * Watch a few TV programs. * Take a short nap in afternoon. * Visit with my neighbor when we work outdside in our gardens.
