It's our September challenge. During these weird times it's so easy to just give up and let ourselves go. Lets set an exercise pattern and pick healthy food.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!

Good morning! Good timing with today's abs&arms challenge, I've been a bit lazy about both of those. So far I have completed 2.5 miles on the TM, I'll do more in about an hour. I did complete 6 miles yesterday. Those were "guilt" miles as I didn't do diddly over the weekend.

hi deb and Brenda. I just got out of the shower. Having a good day. Nancy my case manager comes today at 10. I go outside to meet her. going to make some whole wheat pasta and sauce with no sugar added

I've completed 5 miles on the TM so far today. But I really should get outside some.
How are you doing Brenda? Is your son living with you at this time? How is Maddie?
