Been on WW for almost a month and am sometimes confused about zero point foods. We are on the blue plan and we have each lost over 10 lbs in a month. Is there a limit on how many zero point foods that we can eat? For example, 3oz of chicken isnβt enough. Is 6oz still zero? How about 8oz? How about fruits and veggies? Is there a limit on how much? Thanks

The limit is common sense and your satisfaction with your weight loss progress.

What Louis said. Just because it has 0 points does not mean it is "free and unlimited".

chacam I just wanted to add in addition to the above that you shouldn't be "starving" on WW, that is the great thing about it. 3 ounces of chicken for a male might not be enough to satisfy you. It is okay to add a few more ounces. (Better to have a few more ounces of protein now than to grab something on-the-go later.) WW used to have a satiety guide, that was actually helpful to address this. (I looked all over the net and couldn't find it for you) they used balloons for a guide and basically you didn't want to be the under or over-inflated one. Eat slowly, assess if you really are still hungry and if you are by all means have an extra ounce or two.

As far as being satisfied goes, I would take a single serving of something (3 oz. of meats, 1/2 cup of vegetables and other things), eat that slowly, then get up from the table and do something else, in the kitchen maybe. Then I would assess whether I was still hungry or not. Most of the time I was not, just satisfied. If I was still hungry I'd take a half or less of a serving, then repeat my assessment. I found that getting up from the table was more effective that sitting there trying to determine if I had enough.

I find if I'm hungry right after eating and want more food the best way for me to access it is to use the rule of waiting 20 minutes, I usually find that I'm not hungry then because it takes the body a few minutes after eating to let us know we've had enough food.
