How much is losing weight/maintaining your weight part of your life now?

It's pretty much my way of life now. I feel everything is based on me keeping my weight off so I can stay healthy. I enjoy all the friends I've made though my support groups. I also try to focus on what I eat and exercise to help with my health.

I would say it is central to my life...every time I eat or drink something I think about the points and whether or not it is healthy. I want to get back to goal weight again, be fit and fine till the end of time...or the end of my time I don't always make the wisest choices but I am always aware.

Yep, it's right up there, especially now. It's nice to have one area that I feel I am in control of, and of course it helps with physical, mental and emotional well-being, no matter what's happening in the world.

Losing weight and maintaining is at the top of my list, very important to me right now. It's time I get to goal and quit buying monthly passes and not losing as this has been going on for sometime. I'm 9 pounds over goal and I know if I follow the WW program I can do this. I know from experience I would feel much better about myself, be healthy, fit into my clothes as well as new boots and sweater son's family got me for Christmas last year. Thank you bbbearsmom for giving me an opportunity to access my weight and where I'd like to be before the end of the year!βΊοΈ
