If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit. After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went. YOU CAN START ANY DAY OF THIS CHALLENGE! Not the best day... Tracking...did okay till evening then overate and did not write it ALL down No exercise
Scale up to 181.6 but I do know why! It will come down again!
klf722, FlyLady is a website/woman that started a program where you do 21 or so days adding one more item to the cleaning each day. Eventually you are doing all of those items and you create your own daily cleaning list. She sends out tons of newsletters that overwhelmed me so I would leave BUT each day she has a specific thing to do like wash down kitchen cupboards or clean the top of the refrigerator or do a quick clean of clutter in a room or whatever. I would not get the emails but instead check daily to see what I was supposed to be doing, I think. Also there is a flylady groupsomewhere on these boards so might join them.
ladyloser68, I have never enjoyed housework and let it go more often than not. I think that actually following flylady's plan might be a good challenge for me. I have clutter but also need to have a routine for housework, I think.
doordie50, Hooray for accomplishing all of your goals!
luvvinlife, It will be interesting to see what we all come up with for the next challenge...seems you and I both didn't get our walking in...not sure I will today either.

Not a bad day! Haven't finished tracking yet. Decent choices. Met my steps goal and am getting fresh air. Slept oK. Hydration still suffering. Thanks for the info on Flylady!
