It's our September challenge. During these weird times it's so easy to just give up and let ourselves go. Lets set an exercise pattern and pick healthy food.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!

Good morning
Amy, thanks for our start.
Debbie, Tony moved to Salisbury a little over a month ago. He is doing good. Maddie is good too. I had to put his rabbit down on Monday. That was really hard. I buried her in my flower bed yesterday. She was so sweet.
I did a Barr workout on U-Tube this morning on my desk. I didn't do the whole thing, but will work on increasing each day.

Good morning! Thanks for starting us Amy!
Hi Brenda! How does Tony like Salisbury? I'm very sorry about his bunny, it's so hard to lose a pet.
Brenda, that sounds really interesting! I'd love to try a barr workout! How did you find it?
I've walked 3 miles so far on the TM, I'd like to do a few more. I finally did some arm weights. Not quite done with all of those yet.
