luvvinlife, ride that seesaw Tuesday, September 29: 125.4 - down 0.6 lb. It's funny when I stepped on the scale this morning (granted I was still half asleep) and saw the number, I thought: "that's not so good", and then I remembered I've been 126 for the past two days. Brain fog.

179.4 day five the same weight.
I am thankful it is in the 170's and it is incentive not to buy a splurge item while shopping this week. I am also contemplating doing a few days of CORE eating instead of counting points and staying at the low end...to shake things up.

I agree...though it is that mind set that is focused on loss that has me thinking about what I should do to nudge things along. That said...did indulge tonight and am into my weeklies by a few but feel fine with that and even a gain tomorrow as it will shake things up in a different way. I also realized the leftovers in the fridge are NOT Core and I like them so would rather eat them, count the points and take the hit for the indulgence of today...I mean...a few points with the use of 4 out of 35 for the week on the fifth day of the week is not a bad thing.
Anyway...thank you for the encouragement I know that with a goal weight of 140-145 (or perhaps lower) I have a long way to go and wish in some ways it was a year from now and I was there already. At least I realize it won't and can't happen by tomorrow!
