Welcome! This is a thread for people who want to attend a meeting from the comfort of their own home. We are primarily a PointsPlus board (Go Team Yellow!) but all are welcome to revel in the GHG's, 16 Routines, and topics that never get old.

This Week's Topic: The 16 Routines
Since we just did Spaces, I thought it might be nice to do a Routine check-in. Here is the list of the 16 Routines.
1.Eat veggies or fruit with every meal and snack.
2. Before you leave the house make sure you have a healthy
snack with you.
3. Eat breakfast every day.
4. Know what you’re having for lunch.
5. After each meal and snack, decide how many PointsPlus
values you’ll use for your next meal or snack.
6. Eat all your meals at a table.
7. Put your fork down or take a sip of water after each bite.
8. Eat all your meals free of distraction (e.g., not while watching
TV, reading, in front of a computer, using your smartphone.)
9. Before eating anything, ask yourself, “Is this worth the
PointsPlus value?”
10. Get up and walk at least five minutes each hour.
11. Know how you’re going to be active tomorrow.
12. Always have comfortable shoes with you.
13. Identify tasks you now do sitting and do them standing or
pacing.
14.Wait several minutes before reaching for seconds.
15.Wear an activity monitor all day, every day.
16. Get 7 – 8 hours of quality sleep every night.
