This is a monthly thread for those of us who have a lot of weight to lose. The definition of “a lot” is something that is determined personally, so everyone who feels they have a lot of weight to lose is welcome to post here.
Please join us in offering support, checking in for accountability, help with questions, etc. We’re in this for the long haul.
We’d also love to hear from those of you who are maintaining a large loss. We need those tips to help us to keep the weight off once we lose it.
Hope everyone is doing well. Sadly, I've kind of dropped out of the Beck review. I'm still trying to do some of the parts of it, but I just don't feel committed to do the whole thing right now. I might jump in if I can get motivated.
The weather where I live has been so nice, I love fall weather. Hope your weather has been good too.
Good morning Got my license renewed yesterday, but it has a restriction for glasses. I'm going back next year, when things are hopefully settled a bit, and re-doing it because I only missed 2 letters on the bottom row, definitely no street signs that have that small of print! I'm putting it down to the extremely long line (appointments only, but they seem to have overbooked), the credit machine being broken and generally them having to work on a Saturday.
