Hello Everyone sunrose - Hope you were able to get your walk in today. DotRen - I'm glad you weren't affected by the storm and that you were able to get your license renewed. It does sound like it was a frustrating experience though. Motor Vehicles can be frustrating in normal times and I'm sure with the virus precautions it's worse. I'm stressed out today, since I can't even think about eating I can tell it's pretty bad I'm pretty sure my refrigerator is dying. It's really old, so I expected it. But I'm looking on the internet to see what's available and a lot of them are out of stock or backordered. I guess everyone bought them during the worst of the early virus and also make the makers don't have enough workers to keep up stock. I also have a problem with living in an old house so doorways aren't large and I'm wondering how they are going to get my old one out of here - I guess if they got it in here, they can get it out At first I was just worried about losing food, but after I started looking at what I could buy and when I could get it, the food part didn't matter anymore! Hope everyone else is doing well and having a good day.

sunrose - Hope you can figure out the new internet. I got the new refrigerator today and the installation was quick and they took out my old one too. I'm just trying to get temperature readings in it to all get to a safe level before I go do some grocery shopping. I sure miss having milk, yogurt and cheese. Hope everyone else is doing well

Hi sunrose - Sorry to hear about your expired registration, hope you get the new one in the mail soon. I was happy to go to the grocery store this morning and get some milk, yogurt and cheese. Who knew dairy foods were what I'd miss the most It's still kind of exhausting to go shopping even though I've stopped wiping down the groceries when I get home. I was thinking about it and I guess it's mostly because of the mask and the way it limits your breathing. And my "gripe" for the day is that the grocery stores just need to remove those one-way lane markers since no one follows them. I kept trying to go up and down the rows the right way, but everyone else was going the wrong way, it was crazy. Hope everyone else is doing well and that you all have a good weekend

Cj, I am one of those people that don’t pay attention to the signs. I do everything else I wear the mask of course and don’t get on top of people but I’m so busy looking up at what’s in the aisle I forget to look at that arrows so then I correct myself when I realize what I’m doing. So yeah I’m with you they need to remove them.
I did get my new sticker so I was able to go to the grocery store on Friday so that was good.

Hi sunrose - I'm glad you got your new stickers so you could go out. Everyone I mention the grocery store arrows and signs to, says the same thing - they never look at them and most don't realize they are there I wish I could get myself together and on a good eating plan, but I just don't have the energy right now. I am trying to eat healthy foods each day but I need to cut out the junk. And I quit walking again after all the drama with the refrigerator last week, so I need to get back to that this week. Hope everyone else is doing well. Take care

Hi everyone! cj59, Sorry to hear about the refrigerator drama. I hate buying new appliances, so much research, so much money, so much work! Great job on the healthy foods and recommitting to walking. Too funny about those arrows. I was really trying to follow them for a long time at the grocery store but it was constantly "Oops" "Oh no" "Gotta go this way". Our store finally gave up and took them out sunrose49, Glad you got your stickers! And glad you'll be back to your go-to breakfast. DotRen, *waves* I am losing my mind. I have not been this busy in years. I'm not sure if I mentioned that I recently got an hourly layout planner (haven't used one of those since college) because I knew I had too much stuff to do and not enough time to do it in. Now I can see that's true! So I finally got caught up on the urgent stuff I was procrastinating on and now I'm getting back to putting the important stuff on the schedule. Boards get the morning shift. Have a great day everyone! See you soon!

Hello Everyone irisinnia - Wow, I feel for you having to do hourly planning. I haven't had to do that since my busiest times when I was working, but I know that it does help and work. Hope things get less busy for you soon sunrose - Hope you can get in some outside walking before we get to winter weather I'm still hoping to get motivation to start taking better care of myself. I sure don't want to get back to where I was before. I did do some dedicated walking today, just not very much, but better than nothing Take care everyone!

Good Morning! sunrose49, Good to see you too! I didn't need a planner for most of my life. The kids gave me mommy brain. Now that I have one, I can't live without it! Enjoy your walks! cj59, Thanks for the well-wishes. I don't think things are going to get less busy anytime soon, but maybe some of it will become habit, so I won't have to refer to it as much? Great job on your walking! Motivation is very elusive, so I totally get you. I restarted the Beck Review after 10 missed days lol I guess at this point my motivation is making sure my weight doesn't become a problem later. I don't have time for problems! Scheduling these morning for weight loss is probably the smartest thing I've ever done. I actually was on plan yesterday. Though I started tracking the day before and... I couldn't watch the points go any higher. Hoping for another good day! I hope you all have a great day! Hope to see you all soon!

Hello!
Chugging along. It's so hard not to scarf down all the food, but I'm starting to pare down the quantities. I'm still eating way more than I should, but if I can get down to the 'on plan' level then I will see results. I can't stand how hard it is to do this again. Shouldn't it be easier if you've already done it? I guess not.
I hope you all have a great day and a great weekend!
