Hello Everyone, I am new here. I have never done WW before. I am trying to loose about 70 pounds. I will appreciate all encouragement and advice I can get. Thank You all so much and I am Happy to be here

kendi, Hi and welcome to these boards - they're a great place to get support! I've been on and off WW many times over the years. When starting out, or restarting, it helps me to ease into it. At first I just start tracking everything I eat and then after a few days or a week I start trying to stay within my points. I got some great advice in the past, which was to just focus on staying on program and the scale will take care of itself. In other words, don't stress about what the scale says - my weight loss has always been very slow - weight loss will happen if you stay on the plan.
