I am LT under goal and I was able to access a national VW today. Me too Borntexan, but as LT members it's part of our membership, just like live meetings. :-)

Jennifer, borntexan, Yes, the issue I am wondering about are people who are lifetime over goal paying the $14.95 a month for eTools. DH is LT under goal and he can access the national VWs.

I believe yes. Whether LT at goal or LT paying $14.95. From what I understand WW is still working on gating, once it's complete digital only, digital + personal coaching and digital 360 will not be able to access VW either local or national. Well, that's the goal anyway lol. Will random people still be able to get in once they are done? I don't know enough about technology to say.

Jennifer, Yes I was surprised that they did not offer an option that included everything. From the last earnings call a few months ago, though, the new digital offering was meant to bring in a different demographic (i.e. younger people). So perhaps they really don't want the older members and this new, young demographic basically mingling with each other. They want to keep them totally separate. And, it is clear which one they really want to succeed. Well, the new earnings are out today so there will be a new earnings call that may give some more information (actually scheduled for today but no transcript yet). I just looked up the in person meetings and hours open for my studio that is close to my house. It used to have meetings 6 or 7 days a week. It now has 4 workshops total a week. All are early in the morning (the latest is at 10 am) and they are only over 3 days. Another studio that is a little farther away but still reasonable (between 10 and 15 minutes rather than under 5 minutes), is similar but has one meeting at 12:15. The other 3 are no later than 10 am and only on 3 days. Again this was a very active studio before. Another studio a little farther (maybe 15 minutes) has more meeting (7) but only over 4 days. All but one are 10:30 or earlier. They have a 6:30 meeting. I am not a morning person so these early meeting are way too early for me. They also won't work for most people who have to go to work (except maybe the few that are at 7:00). I guess I could go weigh in at the 6:30 meeting although I would hate having to drive 15 minutes when there is studio less than 5 minutes from my house. And that one basically closes at 10 at the latest. These are all WW leased sites in shopping centers. Basically if this continues for meetings I don't think I'll be going to many meetings....

The ones in my area are open Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sun with the most on Saturdays. One place has 4 in a row.
I went this evening, there were 21 people in the room. I really like this meeting but I don't like weighing at night.
I wonder how long they will have to be at limited capacity. I listened to our governor this afternoon, he talked about prom, grad parties, weddings..said all can take place with precautions. Our numbers are trending down and he's easing on some of the restrictions.
I think it's really hard for WW between only being able to have 1/2 of the people and those too scared to come in.
Wish Mike was here to decipher the earnings call :-)

I tried a couple of times to read it last night but once it gets into the numbers I get lost. Do you have any insight? Just curious how (like so many other companies) how they are doing.

I logged in to a local virtual this morning and the link took me right to the ww website log in screen. Once I logged into ww, it went directly to the zoom meeting. Interesting

santex, Thank you! Exactly what I wanted to know. susan092907, Susan, I miss Mike for many reasons. But one of the things that was special for me is that both he and I loved to dive into these reports and into patent filings.

I know that access to virtual workshops has been discussed a lot but I'm still trying to figure it out because I tried to attend a national virtual workshop today for the first time and I couldn't.
I'm a Lifetime member with free etools until July 2027. I couldn't get in to a national virtual workshop this morning, so I attended a local virtual workshop instead without a problem, as I've always done once a month since the start of virtual workshops.
I find that the different membership categories and what's accessible and what's not is so confusing, and WW seems to me to be so disorganized about this.
Is anyone else in my position with free etools and unable to access the national meetings, or anyone who has free etools and is able to access national meetings? I don't even know what free etools means now in terms of the new membership plans.
Thanks for any help or comments.
