Had a nice chat with my DSIL today. She lives in a senior's facility and about 20 residents have a stomach virus so everyone is confined to their rooms. Their meals are delivered to their rooms. She can go down to the front desk to get her daily newspaper.

bbbearsmomSorry about your SIL, hope she's not I'll. Hope I never have to go into assisted living as it's been so scarry with the spread of the Covid. My cousin's husband, in Florida, is in a nursing home for dementia, it's really expensive, they had cases of Covid but he didn't get it. She said it's so hard having him in there as she wasn't able to go in to see him.

We are having lovely weather here: sunny and close to 70. Have the door to the screened-in porch opened and the cats are running in and out. Got out to the big grocery store this morning. With me getting up earlier with the time change I was there early for me.

We are in the 50's and it is sunny. Chester, one of my three cats spent the morning out on the screened-in porch. Not much planned for today, just this and that.

Lovely day, sunny and in the 70's. I am savoring the weather. Nothing much planned for the day except letting the cats on and off the screened-in porch.
