Still here. My husbands sister is in the hospital with covid and pneumonia, but she's doing ok. Has had 2 rounds of remdesivere(sp) and is supposed to be released tomorrow.

Hi everyone! DotRen, So sorry to hear about your husbands sister, but I'm glad she's doing okay. Is Murray still waking up or was it a temporary thing? I have an unfortunate amount of experience with being woken up and not being able to get back to sleep, so I wish you the best. amyrs, Loving the positivity! cj59, sunrose49, Hang in there ladies! You're both doing a great job! Things are going good here. Everyone is healthy and I've eaten all of the good candy, so... full steam ahead?

irisinnia, it seems to have been temporary, he's back to sleeping until the alarm goes off (thankfully!)

Hello Everyone - Hope you are all doing well today amrys - I wish you all the best with your weight loss DotRen - I'm sorry to hear SIL being in the hospital with covid, I hope they release her today and she'll recover quickly irisinnia - I'm glad to hear that you and your family are healthy sunrose - Hope you having a good day. I'm kind of in one of those places where I'm just disgusted with myself and the fact that I gained back weight I lost and can't seem to get motivated to lose it again and get back in better shape. I know that my health is suffering every day that I keep this weight on, you'd think that would be motivation enough! I really need to get that excitement back about starting a "new" program, that always gets me involved and committed. I just need to find that "new" program. I should just go back to the old Motivation plan since it always worked the best for me. I'm not interested in any of the current WW programs, or other things that are out there, since I'm pretty sure I wouldn't last long on any of them. And I'm very low tech so apps and things like that don't interest me. Wishing us all the best

Hello! cj59, I think a lot of people, myself included, feel disgusted with themselves from time to time. It's just so easy to put it in the back of your mind and go on autopilot. I really hope you find some of that 'new' plan magic soon! sunrose49, *waves* DotRen, So glad to hear that! Sleep is not to be messed with. I'm sure Murray is happier sleeping through the night too. Can I just own my stuff here? I am so sick of this on/off plan runaround. I want to lose this weight, really, really, badly. Clothing Rant: I'm tired of clothes not fitting and/or having to buy really ugly clothes to fit into them. These flowy tops have some of the most ridiculous patterns on them and I wear them with these weird cargo capri pants in the summer and it's like, can I just wear a dress or a pair of shorts? Now that it's winter, surprise, surprise, only the 16 fits, even though there are 4 pairs of 14s and like a gazillion pairs of 12s. Instead I'm stuffing myself into worn leggings with the same ugly tops from summer and throwing on a jacket. Off-Plan Eating Rant: I start off, I'm doing well, then I eat a pop tart. The pop tart is not the problem. The fact that I ate it randomly as a snack when I already had my other snack is a problem. I just want to not grab and eat things so automatically. I know it's not 100% automatic, but it's like 90%. I could click 'no' if there was a pop-up, but there's no pop-up. So, highest weight is 233. SW that I've been dancing around for years is 222. And my current weight is 219.5. I'm seriously done with the 200's and if I find one more WW booklet that has the same weight I am now on it, I am going to lose my mind. 2 days on plan, today's points 39/34. So ready to be done with this. Thanks all! I feel better See you soon!

irisinnia - You weren't too intense. I like it that we can share those kinds of thoughts here without being judged I'm glad you're doing better - hope today was on track for you. I went to get an eye exam today. This is the first medical appointment I've had since the virus got back back in March. It's very different, but I did feel pretty safe. My blood pressure was a bit high and I know that if I lose weight it will go down. This should be a message to me that I need to get serious - hopefully I can at least take some steps to get healthier. Hope everyone is doing well today

Hello Everyone - Hope you are all doing well. I bought a new Fitbit today, since my old one was broke. I know it will motivate me to walk and move more. It's easy to pretend I'm getting in a lot of steps when I don't wear one Have a great weekend

My sister in law is out of the hospital and recovering well. She has an oxygen tank but only uses it when she's moving around just so she doesn't get short of breath. My other sister in law had a torn rotator cuff and had surgery yesterday and is doing well. Other than that, everything is pretty quiet.

sunrose - Hi back to you DotRen - I'm glad to hear your DSIL is out of the hospital and recovering, and that your other DSIL is doing well. Things being pretty quiet is nice, isn't it I'm so frustrated - I can't get my new Fitbit to set up. I've done everything they say to do, but it won't go past the setup "screen" on the actual Fitbit. I've read that a lot of people had this problem. I really only want a tracker that is a watch and tells me my steps. I don't really care about all the other stuff. I'll have to see if there are other trackers out there that are low level like this. Hope everyone is doing well and had a good weekend. Take care!

Good morning
Cj, did you call the help desk? I did with my old fitbit. Very helpful.
Dotren, that’s great your sister-in-law (both) are doing good.
Waving to all.
Still fighting the battle of the bulge. I’m trying to count calories with the app lose it. I just really need to focus. they had a black Friday sale so I got it for 20 bucks for a year definitely a lot cheaper than weight watchers. I just got to wrap my head around counting calories versus points

Irisinnia, I feel your pain. Once again I saw a new number on the scale. I’ve got so many cute tops and pants that I can’t fit into and it just makes me so mad at myself. Please know you can always rant here we’re here for each other hang in there
