CAIT â so glad you could connect with so many family members! Good job with your healthy habits, too!
KELLYâ sorry you were feeling under the weather, but Iâm happy it wasnât COVID. Your fellow church memberâs passing at 55 is heart-breaking and just reinforces how many families are impacted, either with the illness, deaths, or having health-care worker family members. We have not been directly affected, but we have been careful and pretty much home bodies.
Thanks! Our meal was deliciousâI think we were only missing stuffing and pumpkin pie, neither of which we needed! Iâm hoping weâll at least get the outdoor decorations up this weekend, weather permitting.
I walked 2+ miles this morning before watching the football game. I think weâll head out to the patio, build a little fire, and listen to some football chat on the radio.

Yesterday I did all 6 of my main HHs, stayed in my green zone of pts. 2 microhabits: â50 pushawaysâ Y âno seconds with snackâ Y
Yesterday we walked 2 miles.
Talked with my Sis and that was nice. Her newest grandbaby was just born đ. Sheâs in MS where they were able to be with family for Thanksgiving all outdoors, temps in low 70âs.
We finished watching The Crown and are watching Cadfael.
This am I got up early to attend my WW virtual meeting. They have reduced and consolidated meetings, so I attended at 7 am. I did my breakfast prep thru most of the meeting.

Iâm still dealing with urges to eat the salted snacks in the evening, but I figure stopping after my healthy snack will eventually be my new normal if I persevere. The âEat Right Nowâ craving tool is helpful.
Yesterday we walked 2 miles.
I got a lot of reading done, finished a Louise Penny book in the Armand Gamache series. Iâve read scattered ones in the series and now Iâm going back to go through the ones I havenât read, but doing them in order. Same with Phillip Kerrâs Bernie Gunther series.
We really enjoyed âThe Queenâs Gambitâ TV miniseries.

SUNDAY!
CAIT -- Excellent job with your HHs and micro-habits the last couple of days! Applause!
We also enjoyed *The Crown* and *Queen's Gambit.* We want to watch *Hillbilly Elegy,* even though it doesn't have the best reviews, because I really enjoyed the book. And Glenn Close, of course!
Well, well, well. My BIL's been isolating, and his first COVID test was negative (yay). Then he started feeling some vertigo, had another test, and it came back positive (boo). I don't think he had much interaction with the rest of the family, but he feels bad he may have unintentionally exposed some folks. Luckily, I doubt he had any contact with the parents (90 & 88). We're going to try to go out next weekend for a week, but I may pass again.
Kind of lazy yesterday and today, but I did stretch today. If I stretch tomorrow, I'll meet my 5-month goal!

hi all. Start over today eating plant based brown rice and kidney beans. Grapes for fruit. Peas for vegetables I want to see if I can do 2 minutes of WATP

I had no urges or cravings yesterday. It was 12 days without eating sugar or salted snacks so maybe thatâs how long it takes me.
Yesterday we walked 2 miles. Weâre walking down river now because itâs sunnier, temps in the 30âs. Most days we see a covey of about 10 California quail, the state bird. They may be getting used to us. They donât panic and flee quite so soon. They are so cute!
Today I did my end of month weight and it was up .6 lbs to 146.4. Glad for the stability.

AMY -- good to "see" you again! You had some election excitement in Wisconsin, didn't you?
I walked to the post office today (2 miles), and I just finished stretching. Made my goals!
