Z, Sorry about your sink/garbage disposal problems. I can't tolerate the noise the disposal makes even if it is rather quiet or the disgusting mess that is possibly lurking down there. The thought of putting my hand down there is so repulsive that I never ever put anything in it. Congrats!!! on the Etsy sales and all you have accomplished.
This leaf blower is an Ego 650 (max 180mph) and did blow the pine needles off the grass. I thought it was slow but there were hardly any pine needles. However I sure could have used it on several occasions before I got it when the pine needles were beyond belief. Right now there are hardly any leaves or pine needles to test it on. DH did blow out the bottom of the Tahoe Bush and got quite a bit out.
Sunday Accomplishments:
- I started working in the office organizing and ran into a huge project we had started last year but had to abandon getting it 100% functioning. So I spent hours sorting etc and putting the project together with directions. This is the last part. Now AA has to work on getting each audit up and running on it and we should be better than ever. This was a lot of work but well worth it.
- I cleaned house for several hours after that. Dusted, vac'd, thoroughly cleaned one bathroom, took a number of things downstairs. I am doing my happy dance about the reduction of dust! However the windows have a layer of dirt on them from the Epic Dust Storm and the tracks are filled with seriously disgusting black ash goo. I will overcome!
That was my day. I am really happy I spent it this way. Also did all the regulars and have been doing a good Dog Mom job. This requires throwing the ball endlessly for Buttercup but I have a system, driving the quad around the yard a couple of times a day so that BC and Sam can get their two miles of running done, playing Cars with the black lab girls twice a day. Clair rides between my legs like a little child driving the car when I run BC and Sam since she has a wonky shoulder. She sits there and really enjoys the whole process. It is very cute.
Hope you are having a great evening!!!

Monday Accomplishments: - More Paper Tiger items. Good Grief! I need to get a grip on myself and keep it. I forged ahead... - Stopped by OD and picked up a few organizational items to help with the totally incomprehensible PT. Maybe this gets so out of hand because the work Paper Tiger is always completely tamed. However I need an intervention on the at home one. - Had a Dr appointment and took items back to HD - Started getting my act together about the hepa filter air purifiers on and on.... due to the inability to breathe very well due to ignoring the 60 plus days of totally unhealthy air of which I just went outside and worked hours on end in it. Correct masks ordered. Need to upgrade the HVAC filters.....The problem now is that the fine particles of ash are in the air all the time so I have to come up with a plan. I think I will call it the BE Plan for Breathe Easy. Off the graph expensive air purifiers ordered. HVAC filters researched. Now I just need to take the BE Plan seriously--kind of like doing exercises the DR says to do and then that plan gets ignored.
Such a lovely winter day again today! Not many steps today due to having to go to town and getting lost in the Paper Tiger Maize. This reminds me of the Maize at Hampton Court. The weather in London probably isn't all that good right now so I guess I will skip buying a plane ticket.
Hope you are having a sane evening!!!

Good Morning,
All very interesting reading on what you are up to there. I can relate to the Paper TIger Situation for sure. Mine is not "ROARING" at me but there is still more to address as I seem to only get it 75% of the way each time. This is a curious and non plus behavior! Hopeing you can improve your air quality! I hope that work project you spent time on will help you this year with things going smoothly!
Well I am being semi productive and semi naughty here. I ended up making more gift tags, I just love making those cute little things so much! Z, Congrats!!! on getting so much done. The 75% turns into about 40 % done when I have to go back through and figure out what the pile is about and get back in to the swing of completing the paper work. Tuesday's Highlights:: - Worked on Office Paper Tiger today for a couple of hours. Discussed with AA steps be taken for the project we are working on. - Took Clair to physical therapy and also to the dog food store. She was over the moon happy about socializing with people. She misses here Therapy Dog job so much. - Came home and managed to get four Paper Tiger items completed that I acquired today along with putting everything away from my trip to town. - Yesterday I made another call about the slider door replacement and actually have a time set up for delivery. I am getting closer to this happening but it could just be a mirage. Date is 12/4. - The quad repairman showed up again today to work on my quad. He brought some parts and it does seem that it might be running correctly now. The dogs are running through the house having a great time arguing over a toy.
Hope you had a great day!!!

I hope you have a Happy Thanksgiving as well!
My mom did not want to host people for Thanksgiving and so she is at home, I am cooking for the three of us. DS doesn't come home until later. This was also part of reason I went solo to spend time with mom last weekend.
Thanksgiving: Things are back under control, there was a thawing turkey debacle in the garage refrigerator. This the first time I've thawed or am cooking a turkey. SO that was bad, bad, bad mess. However, I the turkey was dealt with, the fridge was cleaned, and the turkey is now back in the fridge. THere is more to this mess that needs cleaned, but I told DH, I will not do that until tomorrow...or tomorrow night. The fridge was not fully acceessible to remove shelving, and crisper drawers due to stacked carp, which did not help. What remains is bottles of DH's beer that will all have to be washed. I'm not doing that right now. The fridge is gleaming! lol. The beer bottles can wait!
On a positive note, I have baked what appears to be a beautiful cherry pie for DH, I hope it tastes good. I used refrigerator crust, PIllsbury and canned cherries. Now am now working on a CHocolate Espresso Pecan Pie for me. The cookies I frosted, are in the freezer to be set out with dessert. I will do the rolls tonight and peel the potatoes and put in cold water in the now spic and span garage fridge.
CUte: I made a table runner with blue fabric that had brown, white and gold owls on it. It is so cute! I used sticky hemming tape and it came out wonderfully! Then I recycled Costco three jar, wood holder floral center piece thing and put fall foliage in it, and on the runner, fake stuff, acorns, leaves, pinecones and sunflowers. I rolled brown paper I had and put in side the jar so you cannot see through to the white copy paper I used for stuffing to make the floral stuff stand up. This all was fun, came out well and looks very cute and festive.
Craft: I got the cards folded today and counted the remainder of 12 Days to be sure I have enough to send our Christmas cards, I do. Someone ordered a three ornament set from me, that's a "caching!" in my Etsy world..lol. Several ideas came together for me and I have an idea (for next year) for a very cute, colorful, yet simple, simple, graphic Angel to do either just paint, or wood burning combined with paint. I did some searches on Angels and so far, I see nothing like my idea. I did a sketch and colored penciled it, and I think it could be quite a hit. I think this because it will be colorful, simple, graphic, Like the Tikis, and people might like them the same way they do the Tikis, because they are fun.
Well, I'm off to do more cooking! I'm actually enjoying the cooking now that that mess is dealt with and all cleaned up, everything seems easy!!...lol!

Happy THanksgiving!
Everything is going really great today! Prepping and cooking the turkey, easier than I thought, got up at 5:00 AM and made the rolls, I love this roll recipe, it has not failed me. Half of those are in the freezer. THe kitchen is in REALLY GOOD SHAPE!! I've been cleaning as I go, just a few things left to do, mashed potatoes, gravy, fruit bowl and we will eat! I am STARVING!
DH is bottle washing from the turkey thawing fiasco. Thankfully!
I hope your day is going well! I can't wait to try this Pecan CHocolate Espresso Pie....I will let you know if it's any good. Slightly worried the coffee part might be stronger than anticipated. We shall see!
The house smells AMAZING!!!

Good Evenning!
You got a multitude of things done today. Yay on CB of coats! This needs to happen many times over in our house.
TaDas -laundry x1 -Furnace serviced -got all rest of Thanksgiving handwash items washed. -unloaded DW, reloaded not sure where all these new dirty dishes came from so fast??? -got the stock out of fridge from boiling turkey carcass last night, and meat, made Turkey Noodle Soup, this is what mY mom always makes with some of the Turkey left overs, it's a favorite with everyone in the house. -hit the grocery store and got the free food items advised by DH to get (this cracks me up, I don't mind doing it) and the ingredients to make the turkey casserole tomorrow. -went to Hobby Lobby to take advantage of their 50% off sale on Christmas craft stuff even though I'm not making any stuff till next year. -DH put all the washed bottles back into refrigerator. -walked a big long walk today -mailed the Tiki Special order item, and two more Etsy sales. That's about it.

Z, The turkey noodle soup sounds wonderful! I want to go to HL but I would rather go in the morning when it first opens because it is generally mobbed with ladies having fun shopping later on. I brought all the Christmas decorations up from the basement. I have the absolutely cutest Thanksgiving display that I don't want to take down so I will leave it up a little longer.
Saturday accomplishments: - Two double cupboards organized and shelf liner done. - Then I noticed that all the cupboard faces needed a thorough cleaning so I did that. - I wanted to take advantage of weather warm enough to wash windows so I got the FR, DR, LR and GB windows and screens done inside and out. They look great! The Epic Dust/Wind Storm coupled with rain got them fairly dirty again. - DH helped me clean behind the washer and dryer which requires me crawling around behind them and turning myself into a pretzel. This is a once a year thing but I am going to make it at least every 6 months from now on. - Shelf liner installed in three more drawers. - DH changed the furnace filter, which is something we do monthly because of the amount of dust. We were changing it twice a month this summer and each time it was extremely dirty.
If it is nice enough tomorrow I will finish the window washing and proceed with the shelf liner project. If I figure out the day before which cupboards I plan on doing there is a much greater probability that I will get them done. I should be smart and do the ones loaded with carp so DH can help me get the stuff out of them and then back in. We'll see...
Time for Yoga stretches.
Hope you are having a great evening!!!

Good AFternoon,
Good job on on all of those chores and organizing projects! I hear you on the Thanksgiving decoration! I made that owl rable runner and centerpiece and it is so dang cute I don't want to take it down either! I will do it last!
It is very nice here, I'm not really making huge headway with anything in particular. But I did get good long walks in two days in a row and am doingit again right after I post this. Then I will cook the casseroles, I have the stuff out thawing for them right now. then I am pulling out the Christmas decorations! It is happening!
Etsy/Craft: -One thing that did take a huge chunk of time is I logged all my receipts from purchases this year, supplies, printing, mailing supplies, etc. This took a long time last evening and was a real "eye opener" However, it spurred me to go ahead and list a my original Angel and do another Facenbook plug today on puzzles (a big ticket items if I get any takers) in attempt to bring in more money to recoup costs. Now Etsy is going great, I just spent about 1/3 more than I think I thought I had, but it's all fine, will work out. HOWever, next year all my costs will be less as I will have things left over and I already have enough raw supplies to keep me busy for a very, very long time, so expenses will be fewer. -I've decided that if the Christmas puzzles do not sell by December 13th, I will send one to my nephew for Christmas, he is getting married, his new wife has a three year old DD and they are expecting a new baby. My other nephew expressed interest in some artwork, so I will send him that and some cards. If the puzzles sell, I will designate a puzzle I make next year for my nephew for sure. -Someone did buy a leftover from craft fair Chicken Print in Chicken wire frame, so that will be nice to ship out of the house! Also people have bought a few more ornaments and card packs, including the BIG ONE, "12 Days" pack. Hooray!
TaDas: -Showered -Church sound system -emptied DW, reloaded -washed one sinkful of handwash -trash taken out -ingredients for casserole, thawing
Now, I'm going to get my walk in, come back and cook that stuff and get some decorations out.

Z, It's so exciting that you are getting sales!!! Great job getting your walking in. It seems that the more functional fitness I get in, the more sane I feel.
The shelf liner project is proceeding like molasses running uphill. Three double cupboards completed today. Lots needs to be done such as cleaning, decluttering, organizing, etc for each of these so it is a slow process. This seems to be all that I got done today since stuff started happening which took up a large amount of emotional space into which major portions of the day vanished. I will edit.... So tomorrow I will get the windows done for sure. Also need to do some spot raking. Hopefully I will get two more cupboards done.I have stacks of papers in my office of the project for work but I just can't stand the thought of dealing with the Paper Tiger. Possibly I will schedule Thursday for this chore which will give me enough time to work up enthusiasm for it.
DH took the Ego 650 and blew off the big deck. It did a much better job than when I slave over my vac out there. I was excited! about this improvement in winter maintenance of that deck.
Time for Yoga!
Hope you are enjoying the Christmas decorations!!!
Monday: I primarily worked on the shelf liner project again today. Three more done.

Sorry about the emotional hiccup disrupting your progress there. Good that the blower is making light work of the deck.
I am doing things, yet it seems not much is happening. I didn't get the decorations out yet, I hope to tomorrow! DS arrives in the afternoon and there is much, much, much to do! A sleeping area must be made, I need to clear much of the craft things, and boxing/mailing things from his room. We will need space for the twin bed again and room to walk around to in the new year, paring his belongings down to to toss/saves situation.
I will post Tadas tho scattered: -decided to go ahead and gift nephews step daughter , three years old, a bird puzzle for this year, so delisted that, wrapped, boxed, etc. for mailing -boxed two more Ebenezer Scrooge type hat decorations I'd painted and embellished for my sister and to mail -packaged the art for my other nephew and a couple card, to mail -packaged the Chicken PRint and the NOrdic 4 ornament set to mail for Etsy. I realized I had error in listing and the order for those ornaments was to go to Canada....which costs TWICE AS MUCH!..which is why I ship to US only. HOwever, this was my mistake, and I packaged those, had to eat that cost, and got that mailed and fixed the shipping so no more orders to Canada. -printed all labels for above, went to post office and mailed. Post office very busy! -did two more loads of wash, still have put none away! -put away counter of handwash items, washed all new, emptied DW, reloaded, ran it -walked 60 minute hilly walk! -GuestRoom -one of DD's study areas that morphed into another dumping ground of hers. She's seems to not be spending time in this room now and is studying downstairs, so why there are notebooks, papers, journals, school supplies, clothing, remnants of halloween costumes, jewelry, stuffed animals, in this area scattered everywhere, I know not. But...I have the that coat tree thing I got that has the three shelves on the bottom from when we had our nephew stay for several months. So, I carefully, respectfully moved books, journals, papers, supplies and stacked on those three shelves. Used a paper grocery bag and bagged the random Halloween carp and set in her room, threw the clothes into the ever growing sea of clothes on the floor of her room, moved the jewelry to her dresser, put the table back to rights, rehung a curtain tab that had come loose, shut curtains, threw her excess blankets back in her room, made the bed look decent/normal again. THis room looks NICE! -cleared the hallway of stuff I'd stacked out there from guestroom closet earlier in the day -three hole punched stuff for New House binder, made tabs, put it in that was lying on MB floor -brought up manila file folders so I can put my art idea/templates away into the hanger file -put base coat paint on three more Ebenezer Scrooge hats, two will be for me and I will gift on for a friend this year. -refined three Irish/Scottish See/CLiff simplistic/graphic ornament designs, would be good coasters too to list individually, which I plan on doing in the new year. THese need to be filed. THese are so cute and would also make a darling card pack, if I can come up with 5 different, varied enough, pictures. We'll see. -yesterday I made that casserole and freezed half of it in two separate serving containers. DH liked it, It used up a lot of turkey. Then I froze enough Turkey to make another one later.
Priority tomorrow is: - to consolidate lots of packing stuff from DS room down even further and see if it can be stored in garage. THere is too much of it, but I don't want to spend time editing it right now, it just needs to be out of the way, but accessible if needed. I can do that. -put craft supplies back into craft closet, put away card table and bench from DS room -move Futon to DS room -File my templates in portable file box -Vacuum EVERYWHERE!!!! except DD's room...lol OMG! -Put Laundry away
I"m going to get up early tomorrow and really work hard at the above! I can do it! I want ot get the decorations out and for us to decorate the tree on Wednesday night if possible! I Think it will go well, I feel encouraged because I finally see improvement. Some of this is big stuff and will clear a lot of space quickly when I get going!
Thanks for listening!
