Hello, Congratulations Kelly on being the BL this week. My DD has liberty for the weekend, so I took the girls down. It was wonderful seeing her & her roommate. They went food shopping and were like kids in a candy store. LOL. We might drive down to see them, tomorrow is the graduation so they have to leave at 4:00am and graduation is at 10am. Thanks for the Congrats!! Busy Saturday was on the run all day and eating was not good. Yesterday was a better day. I added 2 miles Friday and 1 mile on Saturday. Yesterday was a day of rest.
Nancy: Sounds like a fun time with the family. Congrats on being the runner-up.

Hello, Today WW Plus starts!! If you have the app it updated at midnight. Our leader said we could should retake the food test but I could not find it. DD graduates today, we will be watching online and hanging with the girls, I made cupcakes for them to decorate & I'm making a celebration dinner. Happy Monday

Hi BL,
My week is already shot. I feel like I am eating every minute of every day of my life. I keep loosing my post. My feet feel so much better, I was able to walk for a little while longer today.
Kelly congrats on being BL, I see that post went out the window.
Mimi that weight will come off in no time.
Brenda, how are you doing out there. There is a lot of new stuff, being introduce in the near future, I will keep you posted.
Nancy, how was the graduation. I checked out the WW+.
